Hay I bought this game second hand in australia and I got it home and found it had no manual. Could somone give me the basic controls to this game please?

Circle handballs and tackles. Hold L1 for fast run thouhg let go after 5 or 10 stepts for the bounce. I think square changes player and x kicks and old down x for more power.
