What is the best way to get the "super" Soldier medal, as in the medal for being right in the middle? Is there a special way to stay right in the middle?

It is not easy to get to the middle of the bar but if you do just shoot exactly half of the yellow targets. That will keep you in the same spot.

Destroy all yellow targets in a mission and in the next mission, DO NOT destroy the yellow targets
