How do you get the X-02 Stealth?

How do you get the X-02 Stealth? I got an "S" rank on all missions on normal mode, and it still wasen't unlocked. It took me almost a year to get an "S" rank on all the missions, and I still didnt have it. Does my game not work proprely or what? Some people say you have to shoot down all the aces?
