Makeshift platform
go up in through the bathroom where the debris is stacked up and go across one of the platforms you will see another part of a ramp that goes downstairs. Go down that ramp and then find the door that has the debris stacked in front of it. There will be a proprane tank right there. Shoot out the propane tank to let Yayo in.

Then go back upstairs where the blocked off makeshift platform is. When you get there go to the window to the left of it the platform is sitting on the air conditioner shoot out the A.C. To go across the platform.
