Where to find some scavenger hunt items

Ok, I don't remember all of them, but here is some:

Glass Eye-

Follow the river all the to the Geodesic Isolation Center (GIC) and you'll see it behind bars, use your levitation to get it to you.

Miner's Skull-

Go around the GIC and you will see two geysers with the skull wedged in one of them. Go on top of the open one and use your shield power and the skull should pop out.
