Just shoot bullets at the submarine's propellers. Dodge all of the sharks and all of the spikes. Beat that "subby" down to the ground.
Red is very hard to defeat. Dodge all of his fireballs. When he lands rev roll to the platform and bounce on his head. You cannot rev roll into him. Do that 3 times then he will start to get in front of the platform. Bounce on his head. Beat him.

You can try rev rolling into him. If it does not work, try launching the balls back at him. If that does not work, then try something else.
When Pinky is near you, rev roll into her. When she's throwing snowballs, dodge the snowballs. Then when she gets near you, dodge under her body. Hit her 6 or more times to defeat her.
To kill spooky, you have to get right up on him and flip kick him. It is best to do this after he is done shooting at you. You have to be quick, though.
