Make the difficulty rookie mode and make shooting aim manual. in the game take one of your players with a hammer or a stick next to their name and go down to were your goalie is.

Use the boost untill you get to the red line then press forward and square at the same time and if your shot has good acuracy the puck should fly in right over the goalies head.

So every time you want a goal just do that and the puck should go in.
