If you suck at this game first make your own team. assign 11 guys and then (if you can)save it. Now the next part takes a long time. Go to the NFL all-star team and go to the substitution. then get some paper and a pencil. press select and you will get their stats. then copy them on your peace of paper(height and weight dont matter). Now once you are done go to the create player and make a player. If you extra points on people put them on speed agility or something that matters. you should make about 4 or more people per each position except kicker and punter. make 2 or less. Now you should have a kick butt team P.S. your tight end and full back may not be that good.
