If you have lv.3 performance in your career car or if your car is the nissan240sx and then put lv.3 performance into the car.And if you are on a straight road,go up to an outrun racer p.i.t. manuever them and quickly press the up button and keep holding down x nand the nitro button and you'll have beat an outrun racer in 3 second!!!!!!!
