When playing a team that is solely a one-sided defense (Ohio State or Oklahoma) use the run only to set up the pass. Pound it straight up the middle or run toss plays. The find play action plunges or fake tosses, toss it deep and watch your reciever dominate the single coverage.

(P.S.) don't let the cpu make plays for you, always be the reciever and make the play yourself. Once you get the hang of it, it is much better than relying on the cpu.
