Run a formation 4-3 and don't have anybody blitzing.
Select your safety (doesn't matter which one).
Shift defensive line toward said safety (ex. Free Safety switch line to right (L1, left(right)).
Creep with safety to the line in-between the DE and DT of safety side (FS is LE and DT(L))
Wait for OL to move to the left due to line shift and come back opposite way.
Usually a hole opens up.
Exploit it and sack (or tackle) the QB (or RB)
