Ok this is a good way to strike with one of your secret techniqe.First make sure you have a range of up to 2 and up special ninja tool.Throw all of them to the opponent and if the opponent dosen't guard press triangle as many times as you like and do your secret techniqe.

All of you are wrong when you say you unlock the shop machine for collectors when you are a special jonin .When you become a chunin you unlock the shop machine for collectors.
To become a Genin you must complete all practise ranks(50 EXP)
To become a Chunin you must complete all D-rank missions(500 EXP)
To become a Special Jonin you must complete all C-rank missions(1150 EXP)
To become a Jonin you must complete all B-rank missions(1750 EXP)
To become Anbu you must complete all A-rank missions(2170 EXP)
To become Hokage you must have 2490 EXP
Beat all c rank missions
