How to get
Anbu Kakashi - Complete all four stories
Byakugan Hinata - Beat Ino and Lee in the push-up contest at the Chunin Exam Stadium, then leave and talk to neji's dad, he will explain the rest. After you talk to Hinata go to the Chunin Exam Stadium and beat Neji.
Taijutsu Naruto - Talk to Guy at the Ramen Shop, go to Tanzaku Town, buy the green suit, go back and talk to Guy, go to the Tanzaku Outskirts, and complete the special training.
Nine-Tailed Naruto - Beat Orochimaru after you save Kakashi from the Gteo Mark.
Fire Ball Jutsu - Sometimes you will find Sasuke in the Forest (not the forest of death ).
Kakashi's Photo - In the same area he's in, by the left gate in the grass.
Young Lightning - After you get a lot of jutsus, you can find Kakashi where he wanted his photo. I think he will you Hurricane Formation, but after you get that one go to the forest of death and Kakashi will teach you young lightning.
Easy Money - Go to Tanzaku Town, then go to the door next to the slot machine and play slots.
How to get
Anbu Kakashi - Complete all four stories.
Byakugan Hinata - Beat Ino to reliece your stress at the Chunin Exam Stadium. Then beat Lee in the push up contest at the Chunin Exam Stadium. After you beat him leave the area and you will find Neji's dad. Talk to him he will explain the rest. When you talk to Hinata go back to the Chunin Exam Stadium and beat Negi.
Taijutsu Naruto - Talk to Guy when he walks buy in the Ramen Shop, go buy a green suit at the Tanzaku Market for $100.00. Go back and talk to Guy, and meet him in the Tanzaku Outskirts and beat him.
Nine-Tailed Naruto - beat Orochimaru after you savr Kakashi from the Geto Mark Jutsu.
Fire Ball Jutsu - Sometimes you can find Sasuke in the Leaf Village Forest (not the forest of death).
Kakashi's photo - In the same area he's in by the left fence in the grass.
Young Lightning - After you find Kakashi's photo, and a lot of jutsu you will find Kakashi back where he was when he wanted the photo he will teach you a new jutsu. Once you get that jutsu, go to the forest of death and Kakashi knows you're desprit for chidori so he'll teach you young lightning.
Hinata's, Guy's, and Tenten's jutsu's - Once you get Byakugan Hinata go to the training field and talk to Hinata twice for hers, Guy will give his training for his, and Tenten should appear after you get Guy's. You have to help her find three of her ninja tools, which are by the three tree trunks in the Training Field.
Easy Money - Go to Tanzaku Town, and go to the door by the slot machine and play slots for a ton of money.
In the sand stage there is a machine that each time you hit it throws an item, keep hitting it until a scroll comes out. Repeat this a lot of time.
In order to get all of the characters you mst beat the game. The credits will roll but the game isn't over. Talk to Hinata when the credits rolled by for the first time. She should say something about training with Kakashi. Then you should run to to training field. Once you defeat Kakashiyou will be playing as him. Eventually you will be told he can't use his sharingon anymore and you won't be allowed to use secret attacks. You KNow your at the last battle of the game when your fighting Sealed Orochimaru as Nine-Tailed Naruto. Once you win credits will pass (again!). Then you should only have like two or so characters to unlock. This means you'll even have Anbu Kakashi, NineTailed Naruto, Itachi and many more.
The Last 2 Characters:
Taijutsu Naruto: You must talk to Might Guy. He'll ask you to get a might suit (about 10,000 Ryo at a shop that I think is in Tanzaku Town). Talk to Might Guy again he'll tell you that the training and it's locatio is secret. Go to Tanzaku Town again and to the outskirts. Talk to Might Guy there he'll give you a pose challenge then one to a fight. Once you succeed You will have unlocked Taijutsu Naruto.
Byakugan Hinata: I don't know I got tired of looking and finding instructions that didn't make much sense so I used the cheat (Lightning) Snake, Rat, Dragon in Naruto's house under Input password. Hope I helped.

Go to the select mode screen, choose V.S Duel 1P VS 2P
Choose your characters, and FIGHT!!!
After you finish, the Ninja Song will appear and give you the reward for defeating your enemy. Much easier than doing all the missions, but does take awile.. (Unless you do what I did and just used alot of ninja tools and secret techniques, to get the fight completed faster.)
After you beat story mode you have to go to the chunnin exmas stadium and beat rock lee in the push ups. Then go outside the stadium and talk to hiashi hyuga, then go to the training grounds and talk to hinata. Then go to the chunnin exams stadium and talk to neji and hinata, you will fight neji, after you beat neji (you get byakugan hinata, even if you already got her from the cheat, you MUST do this) go to the hot springs and talk to kakashi, then beat him in a battle, he will teach you harricane formation. After that you must go the the forest of death and you will see kakashi again, talk to him and he will say, "wow, naruto you really want to learn chidori. Ok I will teach you it," then you must beat him and he will teach you chidori.

Say you wanted to get ANBU kakashi as a support character for Itachi. You would go to vs duel mode and you would be either itachi or anbu kakashi, then if you were anbu kakashi you would fight itachi 3 times or if you were itachi you would fight anbu kakashi 3 times.
To do this you must first beat ultimate road. Then, in ultimate road, you must find other charaters in the game and talk to them, sometimes when you talk to them you will fight them. After you beat them they might give you one of their techniques. After you got the technique you can go to customize and click circle on the character, then you can chose what their jutsu are.
