Then go to the chunnin exams stadium and talk to neji and hinata, you will fight neji, after you beat neji (you get byakugan hinata, even if you already got her from the cheat, you MUST do this) go to the hot springs and talk to kakashi, then beat him in a battle, he will teach you harricane formation. After that you must go the the forest of death and you will see kakashi again, talk to him and he will say, "wow, naruto you really want to learn chidori. Ok I will teach you it," then you must beat him and he will teach you chidori.
