The cheats posted here on supercheats do work. You just have to put them in quickly. If you do it right your controller will vibrate.
When you are pitching look closely at the bat when you strike someone out. They will angrily throw the bat and it will likely be floating in mid-air. :O

For the Road To The Show carrer mode, I've found out how to create an awesome pitcher. Use all of your attribute points on the ?/9, ex. H/9 BB/9. Then when at the home page of your career mode, create a profile and save. Go to it and click on view. Go to the bottom and click rewards. Press L1 and use 60 "achievement" points on these eggs, max speed & max break. These will carry over to your playing time and your 4-seams will be 102 mph. Your offspeeds will be in the 80's and break about 6 inches each. Have Fun!!!!!!!!!!
