At the 'PDA Factions' screen, press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right or alternately, press Up, Down, Up, Left(2), Right(3). If either code has been entered correctly you'll hear the sound of a click as confirmation. Entering these codes while inside a vehicle will make that vehicle indestructable. This code becomes disabled after the current contract has been completed.
At the 'PDA Factions' screen, press Right(2), Left(2), Up(2), Down(2), Up, Right, Left, Down(2), Left, Right, Up, Down(2), Up(2), Left(2), Right(2). If you entered the code correctly you'll hear the sound of a click as confirmation.
Enter the following codes in 'PDA Factions' to unlock the corresponding effect in the game. Some of these codes require a certain amount of National Treasure/Blueprints to be collected before the code can be activated.
Unlock Infinite Health:
Press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right.
Unlock Infinite Ammo:

Get $1,000,000:

Play as Bufford Skin:

Reset ALL Factions to Neutral:

Here's a way of getting to the Medivac without paying $10,000. What you do is save the game and quit and then reload it and you'll appear at the Medivac without it costing you anything.
To do this sneaky trick choose the item you want dropped and then throw a smoke grenade and before the grenade hits the ground press 'Select' (or D-Pad Right and select a different supply drop) and you'll get the first supply drop for free. This trick works with supplies, cars and some air strikes. Unfortunately it won't work for laser guided air strikes.
When you've captured or killed the Ace of Diamonds you'll be sent to the northern MASH. At the Northern MASH find the tent which is near the man who takes you between the north and southern areas and your character will be able to change into different costumes.
Unlock Weapons Crate:
To unlock the Weapons Crate in the Merchant of Menace shop for $8,000 verify all the cards in the deck of 52.
Inside the weapons crate are the Pocket Artillery, the Portable Airstrike and the Street Sweeper which are all super powered weapons.
Unlock Playground of Destruction:
Successfully beat the game to unlock Playground of Destruction mode. You will retain all of the cash and items you earned in the previous game.

Collect the indicated number of Blueprint bounties to unlock the corresponding reward

All cheats must be input in "FACTION" mode of PDA. Press Select to bring up the PDA and then press R1 to tab over to the Factions mode. Enter the desired cheat code below using the directional pad. Then press Select to return back to the game.
Cheat: God mode. The hero will take no damage.

To get the free helicopter, go and complete the first Russian Mafia contract. After that, go back to do the second contract "Gimme my money" and accept the contract. A guy brings you a helicopter, and you can press 'start' and 'cancel contract' so you get the helicopter without actually doing the mission. You can do this over and over again

First you beat the second ace card,next you keep on going to the mafia HQ,then you finaly get to escort Joseh to this place,but it's a ambush so you kill the guys,then you go to your PDA E-mail it will say "help" go to that it will say"cheat",then on the screen "Jose1:left,left,right,right,down,up,up,up".Thats what I know!
