At the 'Main' menu highlight the 'Bonus Mode' option and then hold L1 + R1 and press 'Start'. This unlocks an 'Animation Test' option that allows ALL FMV sequences to be viewed. It also unlocks ALL the Bosses at the 'Voice Test' menu.
