In the Fancy apartment lvl when you kill the cleaner on the scafFold and he falls off, go down and when you get to where the cleaner shoot's a guy out of the window kill that cleaner.
Don't go in there keep walking on the ledge and you'll find a secret room with a tribute to somone....!
