At the 'Press Start' screen quickly press the following codes to unlock the corresponding level in Road Trip mode.

Boston Level:

Press Square, Up, Down, Down, Up, Square.

Chicago Level:

Press Square, Up, Triangle, Up, Triangle, Square.

Las Vegas Level:

Press Square, R1, Left, L1, Right, Square.

Los Angeles Level:

Press Square, Left, Triangle, Triangle, Left, Square.

New Orleans Level:

Press Square, Down, Right, Up, Left, Square.

Portland Level:

Press Square, X, X, Triangle, Triangle, Square.
