Go to game roster at the very beginning of game (not in any game mode).

Pick a team, any team then pick view roster for that team. Make all the defense attributes low about 12.

Then go all the way out so roster will save changes then go play two minute drill and pick that team for defense you will kill them, easy points.

Go to nickel-normal then pick cover 2 last shift your linebackers to the left this will work 'bout 85% of the time.

Go to create player and make him to your pleasing set all attributes to zero. Go to free agents and sign the player to a long term deal for very little money.

After you sign him go to create player and click on your created player. Go to attributes and set them all to 99.
