In Mini-Camp mode complete the Game Situation challenges to unlock Cheerleader or Pump up Crowd cards for that team.
Mike Ditka:
Have a saved file from another EA Sports football game on your memory card.
Mike Singletary:
To unlock Mike Singletary have a gold rank in the LB chase and tackle drill in mini-camp mode on the All-Madden level.
Marshals Team:
To unlock the Marshalls team use a memory card with a saved file from another EA Sports game.
Get a gold rank in the All-Madden DL-Trench Fight.

Okay, this cheat requires a lot of work and if you like to taint players records, you can get a lot of tokens easily! Here are the steps to do this:
1. Go to the team you want to be.
2. Reduce all Backs (HB,FB,) to 100 run and pass block.
3. Set ur QB to 99 Every thing exept injury (set that to 0.)
4. Go to the team that you want to play against
5. set all defense men so that EVERYTHING is 0.
6. go to 2 minute drill and the pick the team you modified in steps 2 and 3 and the team you modified at step 5 to defense and set difficulty to all-Madden (the fastest way to get tokens).
7. Now select a pass play (or QB Draw) and have him run like no tomarrow Hold down the X button.
8. once you are done buy madden cards like crazy!
