If your team is really rich then don't worry about buying young. Just buy the players whose bars are the fullest. This way you'll have the best team. Once they retire just buy more good players. You can always have young players as a back-up.
With Chelsea first bring back ALL loans and sell them (accept Smertin 1st season). second, sell all players like Gudjohnsen, Hasselbaink, Petit etc. Buy Rivaldo from Curizio, Metzelder from Brussia Dortmand (I think), Lopez from Lazio, Pandiani form Deportivo play 4-3-3. Cudicini, Bridge,Desailly,Terry (or gallas), Metzelder, Veron, Lampard, Parker (or Veron and put duff on left) left foward lopez, centre forward Pandiani, right foward Rivaldo.
Have all forwards full forward in position and arrows forward left and right mid full wing in position an arrows diagonal and centre move fowand a bit arrow up keep J.Cole, Duff, next season buy Luis Fabiano and don't sell any bought players. Desailly should retire, I won every match in the season won every cup except English National (F.A cup and C.E.F.a no in it) NO CHEATS.
Beat Real Madrid in European cup semi-final then the season after that I baught casillas and Rivaldo(16 age) I won the Premier league until year 2025, I took ages but its worth a try for you lma manager fans out there if it doesn't work try it again I did and I worked but I only went ot 2005 if you get chance ITS A MUST TRY

The best player at the beginning of the game is Raul (Real Madrid), his "overall" bar is almost full.
Be careful when you use cheats, because if you do, you will not have a place on the "high score board" at the end of the season

If you want cheap playes ypu times there valuation by 3 then divide it by two, so take Zidane woth 40 million times it by 3 120million then divide it by 2 so 60 million.

MID- Malbranque (good and isn't loads of £)
ATT- D.Cisse (amazin, scored 36 goals in his 1st season for me when I was Liverpool).
