First you should make sure you have plenty of Megaelixers. Then attack at his hands where those orbs are then he will fall and his head will come out like a cobra and bite at you. While that's happening use Ragnarock and use impact to let the little fire things hit him.

After that he will have a big sheild and you need to keep using gravity. then you keep doing that again and again until he's dead.
