How to Unlock all Forms
Brave Form:
Obtain this form when you change your duds at the castle of Master Yen Sid.
Wisdom Form:
Obtain this form when you complete the Timeless River level
Master Form:
Obtain this form when you meet King Mickey in Ansem's Study
Limit Form:
Obtain this form after you collect Seifer's Trophy in the second visit to Twilight Town
Final Form:
Obtain this form when you defeat Xemnas at the skyscraper and go into different forms until you are Final Form.
