To load your weapons easily just keep searching file folders or anywhere else until you find ammunition and then keep returning to that spot anytime during the game and there will always be more there allowing you to fully load your weapon.

Unlock Black Tuxedo:
During the Gypsy Camp mission you can find the Black Tuxedo in an upstairs room of the house in the corner on a table. The hostage will also be in the room.

Unlock Formal Dinner Suit:
On the second level complete the maze to get into Moneypennys office then search the drawer.

Unlock Snow Suit:
On the factory level when you have finished on the jetpack go to the door and go to the boxes.

Unlock Covert Suit:
At the room with the final bomb on the Station T level go to the big safe.
