Play all the Pirate Radio games, play Burreter's bar games, and upgrade the Extra Scape Metal to full. At the end of the Game, don't shoot the planes but Daxterjack them. Repeat and then do the same thing with the Hero, When you face the Phoenix's Ship (Phantom Blade) and Skyheed's ship.
