1. Get episode 1 then two then three
2. Go to the JACKASS MART
3. Enter x (2), triangle (3), circle (4)
And thats how to get everything 
Leeza Gibbons- can be unlocked at the Jackass mart worth 500,000 dollars.
The attendant- the attendant (the one you see in Party Boy 1 & 2 also at the golf rally can be unlocked in the Jackass mart as a playable character worth 500,000 dollars.
The two both come with their second outfits!!!
