Unlock Snowman as a Playable Character:

When you have collected Gold medals on ALL 12 tracks this option will become available.

Unlock 'ALL Snowmen Found' Bonus:

To get the 'ALL Snowmen Found' and the additional 15,000 points bonus you have to run over ALL the snowmen on any of the tracks in the game.
