I actually have two hints to making money this time. #1:when you buy chickens (or if you already have chickens) give them a lot of love (only hens) and they should drop golden eggs, which sell for 300G each to van, but if you haggle,he might up the price to 475G or something. #2: if you have a sheep, buy a brush from van (500G)and get your sheep out in to the pasture, bring it next to the trough, and brush it, if you do so... it should drop Golden Wool, which sells to van for 600G,but you might be able to haggle it for around 750G, i don't know because i've never been able to haggle either of theese items...

A way that you can get gold is buy, in really any season, but fall is the best, just go around and pick up any toadstool,flower,or anything on the ground and collect them until van comes and sell them, you could probably make up to about 2.500G every time you do it, added onto the milk,eggs,wool,vegetables,and any other thing you sell
