If you go to the boating dock on the second island which is the first island on the first vice city but anyway there is a jet skee and it is really fast! If you want to get rid of the cops you can use that or this cheat! Up right triangle triangle down left circle circle! And I prefer the jet skee but if you got more than 2 cops your going to have to enter the cheat enless you go to the pay and spray!
