First enter the tank cheat (o,o,o,o,o,o,r1,l2,l1,o,triangle,o)then the flying cars cheat (->,r2,o,r1,l2,down,l1,r1)then turn the cannon around and find a long strip of land (like callahan bridge)then go fast and rapidly prees o and when you start to fly keep on doing this (don't steer) and eventully your tank will dissapear! But you can still fly and when you get bored of this you can kill yourself by driving into the ocean

OK, have you ever gotten to health so low that you are to nervous to walk the streets? Has your car ever caught fire while going at unimaginable speeds? Well new and improved health cheat "pills" will cure it all! If you have low health and are stuck in a secluded area and can't find a hooker? Well use health cheat "pills" and BAM!!! Full health? AMAZING! Ill tell you more! When your car is on fire, about to explode, going at about 200kph or 100mph, and you are writing your will, all ya gotta do is use health cheat "pills" and KABAM! WTF? No fire?! ALRIGHT DUDE! Thats all the time we have folks but if you are low health or low life amount, use these "pills" and eurika! All better. If you have a Sniper Rifle the cheat will work. When there is a full moon point your sniper rifle at the moon. Shoot it. It should get smaller.

The only real way to get infinite run is the hard way. You must complete level 12 of the ambulance mission. The vehicle health cheat helps which is:

Notes: Enter this cheat (Spawn Tank) more than a dozen times. Stand near something solid so that it does not land on top
of you each time that you enter the cheat. The tanks will
not disappear. This uses up the active vehicle memory and
traffic will not spawn. You can park the tanks by the car
crusher and use the "Destroy All Vehicles" cheat to clean
up and restore traffic. This trick makes the vehicle
missions, like the ambulance mission, a lot easier. Save
your mission vehicle in the garage by your hideout before

Use the flying cheat which is right,R2,O,R1,L2,down,L1,R1. Then get into a car and fly over the broken part and it will say welcom to stauton island.

1.Get a vehicle any vehicle doesnt matter which one now drive it to youre garage where you normally save youre game.

2.Now you need to have any weapon and if you don't have any weapons you just drive youre car back and forth crashing it in the gararage and right before the vehicle blows up you get out of the garage and th door will close and then go back in their.

During gameplay, enter circle 6 times, R1, L2, L1, triangle, circle, triangle.

First get a car and enter the Better handling cheat (R1,L1,R2,L1,left,R1,R1,triangle). Then when you want to jump over other cars or walls just press to the R3 button (left analog stick) and if you want it off just insert the cheat once more.ENJOY!!!

NOTE: It will feel very different while driving I would not advise trrying to slide corners.

Having trouble flying that dodo. Need some guide to help you fly well here it is. When you get in the dodo go back on the runway till the end and push up. That will make the front wheel go down then when there are sparks you need to push down. Then you will be really high in the air then you have to let the wind take over that thats how you fly well.

if you countinue to run at a fast pace without fatique, you need build up ur stanima.

Here's the trick- press 'X' instead holding it down.

This helps when trying to give ur character 'exercise' so that that he can can run for periods of time aswell...

Use the low gravity cheat which is Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1 then go get a fast car like the banshee and speed off the end of callahan bridge. You will then be on staunton island.

Some Helpful Tips

Evading the police
If you only have one star in your wanted level then find a place thats relatively remote, with no pedestrians or cars, and wait and the star will soon disappear and the cops interest in you will deplete. Or, you can look for police bribes throughout the city, or get your car resprayed at a respray garage.

Performing a Drive-by
First, select your uzi if you have have one and enter a vehicle. Then hold down L2 or R2 to aim left or right, the n press the sircle button to fire.

Stay Fit!
when on foot, you can sprint by holding down the cross button. But remember, your stamina is limited so you can only run for a certain leangth of time before you run out of breath and have to stop to catch your breath again. By regularly sprinting, your stamina will increase and you will become fitter and able to sprint for longer.

Pills
These are found all over Liberty City, and look like pills. By taking them, everything around you slows down, but yuor strengnth will increase, so you can puch and kick someone high into the sky. To immediately stop the influence, enter a vehicle.

BF Injection
Once you complete the missions for the Mafia, you will be able to find the BF injection Joey was seen working on in the park-type place where the El Burro mission phones are located. You`ll find it only beteween 19:00 and 24:00.

RC Missions
Near Toni`s place is an alley with a Toyz van. By entering the van a cool sub-game will start where the objective is to use remote controlled cars to blow up certain cars.

Fastest Car
In the Capital Autos car showroom opposite the fire station in Portland, there is a room surrounded by glass. Smash it, and inside is the Banshee, a coll convertable sports car, the fastest one in the game.

Flamethrower
From your Portland hideout , drive to the end of the road on your left and then turn around and drive onto the grass under the monorail tracks. On the left bit of grass is a concrete ramp, use it to jump onto the monorail tracks. Continue to drive along these in the middle so as not to be run over by a train and eventually youll come across a glowing object to your right, the flamethrower. Park on the ledge beneath it then jump onto your car and grab it. Then save so you`ve got the flamethrower safely in your pocket.

By collecting hidden packages, new weapons will be delivered to your hideout. heres all the weapons, and the number of packages you need to get them.

Extra missions

Taxi Missions: By entering a taxi, a sub-mission becomes avaailable by pressing R3. The objective is to go around collecting peopke and dropping them off at there destination. By collecting 100 passengers, a new, cool, fast taxi called the Borgnine will be unlocked and found at the taxi garage in Harwood, Portland.

Ambulance Missions: By getting in to one of these, a sub-mission where you have to collect dying people and take them to hospital is available by pressing R3. Somewhat harder than the taxi missions, the rewards are more generous. By saving 50 patients, health power-ups are delivered to your hideout. By saving 100 patients the ardrenaline pill is delivered to your hideout. But, if you complete ambulance level 16, infinite stamina when running is achieved so you`ll nevar have to stop for breath again!

Firetruck Missions: By obtaining a fire engine, a sub-game where the objective is to put out fires is accesible through the R3 button. The money earned in this game is a lot more than the others, is obviously harder. But, by consecutively extinguishing 30 fires in each district, 90 all together, the flamethrower is added to your hideout.

Vigilante Missions: These are accesible using the R3 button in any law inforcement vehicle (cop car, swat van, FBI car, barracks OL or the rinho). The objective of this sub-game is to kill criminals. Being one yourself, this should be resonably easy. Just chase thier vehicle and bash it off the road so they get out, and mow them down with your car, or get out and pump them full of lead. You can also bash thier car till it explodes, but this will seriosly damage your car, so you`ll have to get into another law enforcement vehicle before the time runs out.

There is a crane found in the Portland docks, that takes any emergency service vehicle and gives you a little cash. By giving them all the required vehicles (police car, ambulance, fire engine, enforcer, FBI car, Barracks OL and the Rinho) you will earn a large tasty $200,000 and seven GTA pickups which you can use to obtain any of the vehicles you gave any time you like. the pickups will come back, so don`t worry if they disappear.
