When you complete the mission called keep your freinds close, go to the police station in vice point and get the police outfit. Next go to the army air base and go up the stairs on the left, 1run to the building in front of you and run across the platform on the right and down the stairs, go through the gate opposite and then the one on the left at the end, turn left and behind the tent is the hunter. It has a machine gun and rockets on either side. Press R1 to fire the machine gun and o to fire the rockets.
