Go to starfish island go near the brige thats locked jump to the hous on the left theres a bike drive it towards the swiming pool then drive towards the brige as fast as you can and bump the second tree on the left then you on the brige RUN staght in to a wall run to the right then go up with the wall theres a police station go up the stairs and SUPRISE!!!
