Where to Find The Mini-Gun

First,you need to have all the citys unlocked.Then,you need a Jetpack(LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT,UP,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT,UP,L1,L2,R1,R2,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT,UP,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT,UP)and go to the train track brige connecting San Ferio and Bone County.Go on top the of the first arch,and you will see the mini gun.And this will not work if you are on the second city(I tried and it didin't work).
