Easy minigun
First you must have all 3 cities unlocked.Now if uor in San Fierro , get a jet pack with this (<,>, L1 , L2 , R1, R2, up, down,left , right).Now fly over to the train bridge that links San Fierro with that other place.Now if your headin from san fierro, you will see a platform over the bridge.Now use the jetpack to get onto that platform and obtain your minigun.Note:the cheat will only work on PS2 version of San andreas!
