Maravek helicopter/spawn a Hunter armed helicopter
Use a lock wanted level cheat and get a hydra, fly to the top left hand corner of the map (bayside) look for a helipad and you will see a nice maravek heicopter waiting for use.
The cheat for a hydra is
Triangle triangle square circle x L1 L1 down up
The cheat to lock your wanted level is
Circle right circle right left square triangle up
The cheat to spawn a Hunter is
Circle x L1 circle circle L1 circle R1 R2 L2 L1 L1
Ps if you lock your wanted level and fly all over san andreas the blue areas will not be blue any more save your game and you will have access to all of san andreas early. (the bridges will still be closed)
