Go inside the airport of Las Venturas and look all around the airport for a hanger with a bluish-green door on it. As soon as you approch it, the door will go down. There will be stairs in there leading to the plane's door. Be careful as you pull it out, because it is hard to stop. Go very slow. This plane may go slow on the ground and in the air, but it's fun to fly.
