[ANSWER] How to make 8-ball CALL you!!!!!

At a point in the game after you pass all available story missions you have to wait for 8-ball to call you. I spent hours driving around, waiting with game on idle, doing side-missions, changing clothes etc. But he never called!

Here is my solution that I have tested 3 times and works exactly the same each time.

FIX - Get a car, go to 8-ball's bomb shop (near pay-n-spray on Shoreside Vale), fit it with a bomb, drive around the parking lot for like 15sec, park the car in the pay-n-spray but not enough for it to trigger the door closing, get out and detonate the bomb from a safe distance, walk over to the wreck and 8-ball will call you INSTANTLY!! :D
