So for this you have to have the IA license and 25% of the game done. Get the Cadillac Cien and go to the endurance races. Make sure your Cien is fully-tuned and had an oil change when won. Go to the El Captian 100 miles endurance and race in B-Spec. Now put it on pace 4 (so there isn't a lot of crashing) and go to the race menu and put it on x3. Now after every 5 laps or so come into the pits, and when you win, you will be awarded the Toyota Minolta (886) race car. Use the money you earned to tune the Minolta, and when it's fully tuned (with oil change) it has 1227 BHP! So kepp doing the endurance El Captian over and over selling the Minoltas so you can fully tune the other ones and get more money, you'll be able to get super-fast cars and win the Gt4 World Championship!
