Want to do an illegal(meaning it wouldn't've been allowed if it wasn't a gameshark code) hp boost for a normal car race? Well you can multiply your horse power of the cars in the top 20 slots of your garage by up to 60!!! Just enter these codes and you will have a decent hp boost. Just as an example, if you have a car with about 470hp and you use the "HP X 30" code, the car will have about 13,000hp!!!!!.
