In order for you to get the cheats for Ghost Rider You must beat the game once. Beating the game unlocks:

Cheats:

Invinceible Mode

Turbo Mode

Infinite Spirt

Super Ghost Rider

One-Hit Kill

Seceret Character:

Blade

Venagance

Ghost Rider 2099

Dicciculty Level:

Extreme

This is always there it really isn't a cheat but it is an easter-egg:

Pull back on the left joystick and go into a wheely.
