Starting the Chains Of Promithia Missions

Added:

Go into Defalks Tower on Ouifim Island and watch the intermission sequence. Then go to the Upper Jueno and the infirmary and talk to whoever is there. Now go to the Guards room in Ru Lude Gardens and talk to the Elf then do the Promithia of each crystal.
