Enter a game (season or exibiton) and go to team swap and change to the oposing team. With your current (team that you did not select as your own) team, lob the ball from the center circle to the goal keeper and get him to voly in an own goal, after you do that, it will come up with 1 of your team saying that they scored the goal. Easy eh?

NOTE: sometimes this may not work, when this happens just kick it to 1 person on your origonal team and takle them again then do the above

To unlock the 3rd kits quickly go onto play now and select the side and profile.

Then select the team you want to be and team you want to play. then all you have to do is score in the first half and lead and then quit the match.

This will be exactly the same as winning the match. So now you dont have to play the whole match and you can unlock all the kits easily.

(PS. what ever league you choose you have to beat all the teams in that league including the team you are playing as and you get all the 3rd kits in the league, e.g. if you are Manchester United you have to beat all the teams in the premiership including Manchester United and you get all the teams in the Premierships 3rd kits.

When you go to the main screen click on options and you will see a sub-title called player swap.

Pick your favourite team EG. Luton Town, you can swap Robby Beckwith for Olliver Kahn and the same for outfield players.
