To unllock a few teams in friendly mode, you must win the World Cup with teams from different regions.

All-America Any South American team
All-Africa Any African team
If you are getting bored with easy mode and are not quite good enough for mediuim mode here's a real challenge. Stay on easy mode and go to season and enter the spanisg league as Real Madrid. Every time you have a much be the team that Real Madrid is facing. This is a good challenge. If you get Real Madrid to lose every game of the season and they get relagated you get open the league under Spanish premier. This is a fat game when you do this.
