In the Youth Academy you get very young and great players. I got a player who is 18 and his overall is 92 but when I bought him he is 97 so he is very fast and he is always the top goalscorer as he is a striker. Now for the scouting part. Upgrade your scout to level 10 and send to Germany or Spain or Rest of Europe. He gets good players. I searched for goalkeeper in Germany and got a goalkeeper Overall 94. He can even run from his goal to the opponents goal and score. So try this hint
