The following characters can be unlocked by completing the indicated task in Arcade mode.
Unlock Zero Lancer:
Defeat him when he appears in Arcade mode.
Unlock Leysritt:
Finish Arcade mode 5 times.
Unlock Saber Alter:
Finish Arcade mode 8 times.
