Well I'm not too sure if you will find this a cheat but it makes your team the best. Before you go to th franchise, from the main menu go to features and go to rosters.

Go to any team you want and select a player by pressing X.A screen will pop up then go down to edit player. Here you change everything about him (skin color, colledge,name, height,jersey, and of course raise stats). You can make your whole team like this.You can also change other teams stats down to 0.
