Ok obviously for this you need to have done all the hacking and stuff to get the sword (Logging in, B drive with binary code, Virtual and FROZENFISH password, etc).

Then once you have done the training for the sword. Enter DECODE.exe and then select Decode from the menu and enter ECHUMXBIAOEF.

After that get activate infinite health and focus.

Then go to the Hardline Pursuit level in Chinatown. Now when you get to the bit where a SWAT is near the Phonebooth and a charge has been placed there and it blows up. This is where you have to time it right. Activate your sword on the SWAT guy there with either the square button or grapple and hopefully in the middle of your sword phase the charge will go off and you will still have the sword in hand for the rest of the level.
