Fire Orb Battle of Shi Shui Gate-Allied forces: Defeat 200 enemies within 2 minutes.
Ice Orb Battle of Guan Du-Yuan Shao's forces: Defeat Cao Pi with 4 minutes after the stage starts.
Light Orb Battle of Wu Zhang Plains-Shu forces: Defeat Cao Ren, Zhen Ji, and Xu Zhu within 5 minutes after the stage starts.
Shadow Orb Battle of Wu Zhang Plains-Wei forces: Defeat Jiang Wei while Zhuge Liang is still alive.
Elephant Harness Battle of Nan Zhong-Nanman forces: Do not allow the enemy into the main camp. Rescue Wu Tugu, King Duosi, and King Mulu.
Hex Mark Harness Battle of Cheng Du-Liu Bei's forces: Defeat Zhang Ren within 1 minute after he appears with his ambush troops.

One of the only items not mentioned on here is the elephant harness
Here is how to get it.
Battle of nan zhong on nanman forces
1.prevent enemies entering you're main camp (get a body guard 2 hold out there.)
2.Kill bo zhang, zhang liang and zhang bao before your officer near them dies
(basically rescue them, but you can do this before they use their magic)
3.Capture both neutral bases.
If you think uve done something wrong, just keep on going.
It appers on the poison marsh
If you don't think it appears then check the battle log.

FIRST don't expect me to give the actual ways to get 4th weapons-use the one already on here.
NEXT I havent got every 4th wep(but I nearly do)i just tell you the easy ways to do this.
Lets start with one of the toughest.
YUE YING
May seem hard it is but it can be much easier.
1. Take you're time! Deng ai don't appear until someone from you're team goes through a enemy supply base, so you can try to wipe out the south area of enemies. 2. Interim save. Use this at the right time as you only have 1 on hard mode.
This saves LOADS of time trust me I did it.
3. 2 player helps to stop deng ai legging it coz it does.
HUANG ZHONG
Kill zhang he first coz when you kill xiahao yuan cao cao appears fast.
MA CHAO
1 player it is easy coz of the graphics(as if it wasant easy enough)!
GAN NING
Kill ling tong 1st andhe wont be hyper.

To get zou ci's best weapon simply kill lu bu on hard, if you do find it hard simple get his 3rd weapon in light or medium with good attriutes like health and atk buy 10 and so on, then get a mousy range and go a head and kill him you may lose life so run away and find some.
Go to Bai Die Castle and go to one of the points that you can't walk in and men keep coming it's so tight I got 1559 kills.
To get your character's experience,attack,defence,life and mosou bar higher just play on the free mode and do as many battles as possible.
Guan Yu's escape, on Guan Yu's team. Normal setting.
If you do this, then you receive level 4 of every item you receive from a general (defense or attack), except for life +10, which you receive from Xiahou Dun. There is also a musou +10 before the third gate in one of the pots on the right hand side of it, and in the many boxes are many weapons and items of varying greatness as you keep doing the level. (If you combo the generals for 23 hits or more when they're dead. Then the items will be level 8 rather than level 4.)
Also, by virtue of it being Guan Yu's escape, the level is fairly swift and so you power up much quicker.
You can do the level on hard and receive level 8 items from the generals even if you do not combo them, I believe the musou and life is also +20 and the weapons are, obviously, better calibre. However, it does take longer and is harder, so I wouldn't recommend it for anybody with characters who are not powered up.
The conditions for the battle are that we lose if Guan Yu or the carriage is destroyed, and we win if Guan Yu reaches the escape point. He does not get through the final gate, however, until Xiahou Dun is defeated, and so he doesn't complete the level overly swiftly before you've had the time to get all that you want. However, he will remain where there are any people in his path, so it's wise to kill all people on the level, doubly so because you get more points for the controlled character also. And the carriage does progress as soon as each gate opens...irritatingly.

Orbs they are hard to get.
To get them the difficulty must be on Hard mode.
I say be on a horse to get the time limit orb challenges.
Ice- At the Battle Of Guan Du. Yuan Shao's forces. Be your stongest and fastest character be on a horse and go straight to Cao Pi.
Fire- Battle of Si Shui Gate. Allies forces. Kill 200 enemies in 2 mins ( Be on a horse goto an area where enemies are mostly at and destroy them all!!!)
Light- Wu Zhange Plains. Shu forces. Kill Zhen ji , Cao Ren, and Xu Zhu. ( Yet again be on a horse)
Shadow- Wu Zhang Plains. Wei forces. ( I havent gotten this one yet it's very hard) Be on a horse and be prepared.
If no one knows how to get the Hex Harness and the Red hare harness then you better read this. Redhare Harness- I forgot the level but heres who you have to be to get the level you must be LuBu to get the level. To get the harness you must kill Zhange Fei Guan Yu and Liu Bei in a certaint amount of time.
Hex Harness- On the level where you take over shu ( where pang tong is ambushed and killed) Be pang tong then go through the forest and you will be in an ambush as fast as you can kill the leader of the ambush and boom the box willl appear in the level.
Ice Orb - If you want to get the ice orb you must goto the level Battle of Guan Du ( or something) be on yan shao's forces as fast as you can kill Cao Pi ( probobly 5 mins from when you start). Just some cheats. Submitted by Outlaw*nau (always here to help)
On the main menu go on free mode.Then select any battle and finish it .At the end you should get a book(eg mousuo,attack,defence,etc.)Continue and go on camp from the main menu,select officers and choose the character you would like to up.Select the book you would like to use.There stat should have gone up.Keep doing this until you rcharacted is max for everything.Then go on to mousuo mode and it will be very easy
1. The 4th Weapon can only be unlocked in Empire Mode.

1. Just upgrade the Blacksmith skill in the weapon you are using to level 4.
2. Then go to a stage and get 500 kills and you will get the 4th level weapon after you finish the stage.

An easy way to get better is go to the battle of Hei Fei castle on hard difficulty and fight through it and I think it is easy because you get a wide selection of attack and deffense

Teamate Enemy
ON the the battle of Tian Shui shu forces, any difficulty go directly to Jiang Wei and he should be sparkling. Then start fighting him and soon he will start saying stuff and his name is highlighted in blue. Last, when he finishes that phrasehe will begin a new one with his name in red. Weird Huh?

Hard Mode
Best Items for this mission ARE:
Dragon, tortoise, tiger, peacock amulets, way of musou, red hare harness (A MUST), Ice Orb.
The trick is to defeat Cai Mao and Lu Gong before Sun Jian gets Ambushed.
Ignore any other persons way of getting it cause this IS the best way. First you should not go up to either Cai Mao or Lu Gong if you do this that way you'll eventually fail.
The easiest way is when the level starts immediately rush up to Huang Zu, when you are going up to him there should be at least several messages before he challenges Sun Jian by the time he challenges Sun Jian You shoul be at least 3/4ths of the way there (if you have the red hare harness; if you don't have then you might as well not read this hint) whereupon he starts to retreat and make Sun Jian folllow him.
Once you catch up (make sure he does'nt reach the castle because if he does Sun Jian will also go there and he'll get ambushed) once you catch up just knock him off his horse (he still continues to go) block his path then finish him outright (HE MUST NOT GET INTO THE CASTLE).
After you kill him Sun Jian stops chasing and he won't go in the castle and he won't get ambushed anymore,he'll just stop at the point where he was the moment you kill Huang Zu. So no ambush means you just have to kill Cai Mao and Lu Gong (don't worry even though what I wrote was long It will just take you maybe 6 minutes to do all that, and it's hardmode so your allies may not be killing the officers that quickly).
There wasn't that easier than rushing up to Lu Gong and Cai Mao with some time pressure making Your heart ache.
Cao Cao's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Xia Pi on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat Gao Shun before you get the message that he is guarding the dam. You can get the message that he has begun guarding the dam, but you must defeat him quickly after that.
Then, just defeat Zhang Liao. The precious item box will show up outside the castle just outside the south gate. Because defeating Gao Shun makes the castle be flooded, you must to go in the castle from the north gate and go through to the south gate. Then, just attack Lu Bu. You do not need to defeat him; if you do not defeat him fast enough, he will get bored and run, then and his troops will turn on him and capture him, making you win the stage all the same.
Cao Pi's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Wu Zhang Plains on the hard difficulty setting. It is better to do this in Musou Mode than in Free Mode. Wu Zhang Plains is a five-star battle, but in Cao Pi's Musou Mode it is only his fourth stage. Thus, if you do this in Musou Mode the difficulty will be lowered somewhat. First, defeat any three generals (not sub-generals) quickly. The ones that all grouped in the center make good fodder, as except for Wei Yan they are all generic. Once you kill three generals, Zhuge Liang will pass away. Continue fighting normally. At this point it would be a good idea to seal the enemy's supply route over to the east. Soon you will see an event where Jiang Wei lays a group of automatic crossbows on the central platform. Now all you have to do is get up there and break all of them. There will also be juggernauts floating around, not to mention archer towers -- be careful. Once you have destroyed all single automatic crossbows, the precious item box will conveniently appear in the middle of that central platform. Pick it up and finish the stage to earn your fourth weapon.
Cao Ren's fourth weapon
Play Escape From Chi Bí on the hard difficulty setting. Your task is to defeat all enemy reinforcements quickly. This means that you should be able to defeat the reinforcement before Cao Cao's own reinforcement says something along the lines of "Go on first, I'll take care of things here!". You do not need to worry about sub-generals; just get each major general as they show up. After you defeat Guan Ping, immediately go south, as Sun Quan will show up in the southeast. Once you defeat Sun Quan, the precious item box will show up in the little nook between where Zhao Yun and Zhang Fei appeared. Grab the item, then go up and defeat Liu Bei to help Cao Cao escape.
Da Qiao's fourth weapon
Play the Battle of Xia Kou on the hard difficulty setting. You must defeat Cai Mao and Gan Ning before Ling Tong is defeated. Go up the left side first; Gan Ning will appear almost immediately and kill Ling Cao, which will prompt Ling Tong to charge. Gan Ning is in hyper mode for this battle -- be careful. Luckily, you will have Huang Gai and Ling Tong also keeping him busy. Then, just go to the center section and defeat Cai Mao, who is nowhere near as difficult. The precious item box appears just north of Cai Mao's position.
Dian Wei's fourth weapon
Play the Battle of Wan Castle on the hard difficulty setting. First, rendezvous with Cao Cao. Then, lead him to the escape gates, defeating enemies and generals (there will be two of them) along the way. Once Cao Cao leaves the castle and you get the event where Dian Wei stays behind to block the gates, the hard part begins. You must not let a single enemy past the gates until you get the message that Cao Cao's escape is in progress. This usually happens after you have defeated five or six troop leaders (the generic enemies with names over their heads). Be careful, as the troop leaders tend to ignore you and just run straight past you. Once you get the message, the precious item box will appear slightly in front of you. At this point it does not matter if you let people past the gates (let too many and you lose the stage though), so go pick it up.
Diao Chan's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Xia Pi with Lu Bu's forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat all the officers including sub-officers before Cao Cao arrives without any ally officer dying.
Dong Zhuo's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Liang Province with Dong Zhuo's forces on the hard difficulty setting. Take the east and west bases, then defeat Ma Chao and Pang De.
Gan Ning's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Xia Kou with Huang Zu's forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill Ling Cao and Ling Tong within two minutes from the start of the stage.
Guan Ping's fourth weapon
Play Escape From Chi Bi with the Allied forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat all officers including sub-officers. Note: Make sure you personally kill all the generals.
Guan Yu's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Fan Castle with the Shu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat Cao Ren's sub officers before the flood attack. The weapon report appears after the flood attack.
Huang Gai's fourth weapon
Play the Yellow Turban Rebellion with the Han forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill all the officers and sub officers outside of the fort that Zhang Jiao is in.
Huang Zhong's fourth weapon
Play the Battle of Mt. Ding Jun with the Shu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat Xiahou Yuan and Zhang He before Cao Cao arrives. The weapon report will show up when Cao Cao appears.
Jiang Wei's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Tian Shui with the Wei forces on the hard difficulty setting. Wait until the first two forts fall and sometime after that until Ma Zun retreats. An ambush party will appear in the northeast. Defeat the officer. An item report will be in the northwest of the map. Ma Zun will not escape because he will get lost and run towards Zhuge Liang.
Ling Tong's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of He Fei with the Wu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat Zhang Liao each time he appears. A valuable item message will appear. The item is on the wall of the castle surrounding Cao Cao.
Liu Bei's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Yi Ling with the Shu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat Ling Tong, Gan Ning, Lu Xun, and Sun Shang Xiang. Kill Sun Shang Xiang quickly; when you meet her an intermission sequence will begin and she will run away.
Lu Bu's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Chang Shan with the Yuan Shao's forces on the hard difficulty setting and get 1,000 kills.
Lu Meng's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Fan Castle with the Wu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Make Mi Fang and Fu Shi Ren surrender. Then, go to the gate where it says that the reinforcements cannot come because of the guard captain there. Kill the guard captain and in a minute Xu Huang will arrive. When Zhang Fei and his sub-officer arrives, kill them both. If Xu Huang, Mi Fang, and Fu Shi Ren lived, you will get White Tiger.
Lu Xun's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Bai Di Castle with the Wu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat Ma Chao and Jiang Wei before you enter the castle.
Ma Chao's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Tong Gate with the Allied forces on the hard difficulty setting. Knock Cao Cao off his horse before he crosses the Yellow River.
Pang De's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Mt. Ding Jun with the Wei forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill Huang Zhong, Zhao Yun, Wei Yan, and Guan Ping before Cao Cao gets there.
Sima Yi's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Chen Cang Castle with the Wei forces on the hard difficulty setting. Eliminate the three bases at the bottom of the map that produce the rams, siege ramps, and catapults before they do any damage.
Sun Jian's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Si Shui Gate with the Allied forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat Lu Bu within five minutes of his arrival.
Sun Quan's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Chi Bi with the Allied forces on the hard difficulty setting. Make all three strategies succeed (the bridges, the wind, and the fire).
Sun Shang Xiang's fourth weapon
Play the Invasion Of Nan Zhong with the Wu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Rescue Sun Quan after he is ambushed, then defeat all officers.
Taishi Ci's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Wu Territory with the Allied forces on the hard difficulty setting. When Sun Quan gets ambushed in the west fort, kill him before Zhou Tai meets up with him. Then, defeat Zhou Tai.
Wei Yan's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Chen Cang Castle with the Shu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill all four defense captains in the castle.
Xiahou Dun's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Fan Castle with the Wei forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat Guan Ping before the flood attack.
Xiahou Yuan's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Chi Bi with the Wei forces on the hard difficulty setting. Prevent the destruction of the bridges (the wind and the fire). To do this. Defeat Pang Tong, Zhuge Lang, and Huan Gai.
Xiao Qiao's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Jing Province with Sun Jian's forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill Cai Mao and Lu Gong before Sun Jian gets ambushed and shot with an arrow.
Xing Cai's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Bai Di Castle with the Shu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Let your health be yellow. Liu Chan will try to meet with you; let him. After you meet him, rescue the peasant army near the bottom left of the map. Note: You should probably help Liu Chan back to the castle so that he does not get killed.
Xu Huang's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Chang Ban with the Wei forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill Guan Yu and Zhang Fei after Liu Qi's navy fleet arrives.
Xu Zhu's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Tong Gate with Cao Cao's forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill Ma Chao and Pang De before Han Sui has a chance to defect to Wei.
Yuan Shao's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Guan Du with Yuan Shao's forces on the hard difficulty setting. Force the east and west walls of Guan Du Castle to open. To do this you must defeat all enemy generals. Try to kill Guan Yu before he kills Yan Liang.
Yue Ying's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Wu Zhang Plains with the Shu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill Deng Ai before he sets up the catapults.
Zhang Fei's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Chang Ban with the Shu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Immediately kill Wen Pin, Xiahou Dun, and Xiahou En. The weapon will be on the Chang Ban bridge.
Zhang He's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Jie Ting with the Wei forces on the hard difficulty setting. Surround Ma Su. Kill Gao Xiong and Wang Ping and seal the checkpoints by them. Kill the guard captain in the base Ma Su is in, then defeat Ma Su.
Zhang Liao's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of He Fei with the Wei Forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat at least nine generals and lots of troops. Try to defeat Pan Zhang and his sub-officers at the beginning. Try to kill Lu Meng and his sub-officers. When you get done killing his sub-officers, the bride will probably collapse and he will run to the main camp. Do not chase after him if he has a lot of life. Kill him if he has only a little life, then run up to Taishi Ci and Zhu Zi. Eliminate them and their sub-officers. Make sure you kill a lot of troops.
Zhao Yun's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Cheng Du with Liu Bei's forces on the hard difficulty setting. Try to wipe out the south castle of enemies. Eventually a valuable item message will appear. It is acceptable to defeat the officer and the peasants in the castle.
Zhen Ji's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of He Fei Castle with the Wei forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill 300 enemies and go to Cao Pi. An intermission sequence should show Zhen Ji killing people. A valuable item message should appear after the movie.
Zhou Tai's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Yi Ling with the Wu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill Zhao Yun before Zhu Ran initiates the fire attack. Then, make the fire attack succeed.
Zhou Yu's fourth weapon
Play the Battle For Wu Territory with Sun Ce's forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill Yan Baihu and Wang Lang.
Zhu Rong's fourth weapon
Play the Invasion Of Nan Zhong with the Nanman forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill Jiang Quin and Gan Ning without the bridge being destroyed.
Zhuge Liang's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Tian Shui with the Shu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill Xiahou Mao and Cui Lang. When Jiang Wei says he must return to the castle, kill him before he reaches it.
Zuo Ci's fourth weapon
Play the Battle Of Hu Lao Gate with the allied forces on the hard difficulty setting. Kill Lu Bu. A valuable item message will appear. Unlike in Dynasty Warriors 4, Dong Zhuo will not retreat. The item is on the wall of the gate surrounding Dong Zhuo.
Arm Guards
Play the Battle of Si Shui Gate with Dong Zhuo's forces. Kill Sun Jian at the very beginning of the battle. The "A valuable item has been found" message will appear shortly after you kill him. Note: You can do this with any officer, but there is a time limit. You do not need to kill Sun Jian's Sub-Officers. This items prevents damage during charge attacks.
Art of War
Play the Battle of Chi Bi with Cao Cao's forces. Defeat Zhuge Liang when his unit begins to retreat to get the Art of War. This item allows boost items to last longer.
Bodyguard Manual
Play the Guan Yu Escape level on any difficulty setting. Kill Zhang Liao immediately, without letting him escape. Keep killing officers until about gate 3. The special item message will appear. The item is at the beginning of the map. You should have a horse to hurry back there before the caravan is destroyed.
Demon Band
Play the Battle of Xi Liang with the Yellow Turban forces. Defeat Ma Chao in less than three minutes after he appears to get the Demon Band. This items allows Musou Rage to last longer.
Elephant Harness
Play the Battle of Nan Zhong with the Nanman forces. Do not allow enemies into the main camp and rescue Wu Tugu, King Duosi, and King Mulu to get the Elephant Harness.
Fire Arrows
Play the Battle of Ji Province with Yuan Shao's forces. Defeat Zhang Bao and Zhang Liang, then defeat Pei Yuan Shao to get the Fire Arrows.
Fire Orb
Play the Battle of Shi Shui Gate with the Allied forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat 200 opponents in less than two minutes to get the Fire Orb.
Green Scroll
Play the Battle of Jie Ting with the Shu forces. Defeat Xu Zhu, then defeat Sima Yi in less than three minutes to get the Green Scroll. This item increases your attack but lowers your defense.
Hex Mark Harness
Play the Battle of Cheng Du with Liu Bei's forces. Defeat Zhang Ren in less than one minute after he appears with his ambush troops to get the Hex Mark Harness.
Ice Orb
Play the Battle of Guan Du with Yuan Shao's forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat Cao Pi in less than four minutes after the battle begins to get the Ice Orb.
Light Orb
Play the Battle of Wu Zhang Plains with the Shu forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat Cao Ren, Zhen Ji, and Xu Zhu in less than five minutes after the battle begins to get the Light Orb.
Musou Armor
Play the Conquest of Nan Zhong with the Nanman forces. Defeat one of the seven juggernaut units, then defeat the remaining ones in less than five minutes to get the Musou Armor. This item prevents bow attacks from stunning you.
Red Hare Harness
Play the Battle of Chang Shan with Yuan Shao's forces. After defeating Lui Bei, Guan Yu, or Zhang Fei, defeat the remaining two generals in less than one minute to get the Red Hare Harness.
Serpent Earrings
Play the Battle of He Fei Castle with the Wu forces. Defeat Xu Huang and Xiahou Dun in less than one minute from when they appear to get the Serpent Earrings. This item increases your attack for every 100 enemies that are defeated.
Shadow Harness
Play the Battle of Liang Province with the Allied forces. Defeat Zhang Ji and Hu Zhen in less than 45 seconds after they appear to get the Shadow Harness.
Shadow Orb
Play the Battle of Wu Zhang Plains with the Wei forces on the hard difficulty setting. Defeat Jiang Wei while Zhuge Liang is still alive to get the Shadow Orb.
Storm Harness
Play the Battle of Guan Du with Cao Cao's forces. Defeat Yan Liang and Wen Chou in less than 5 minutes after the battle begins to get the Storm Harness.
Survival Guide
Play the Battle of Hu Lao Gate with Dong Zhuo's forces. Defeat Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Sun Jian, and Gongsun Zan to get the Survival Guide. This item doubles attack when knocked down and your health is low.
Tiger Collar
Play the Struggle for Nan Zhong with Meng Huo's forces. Defeat three entire units that contain beastmasters within one minute of starting the battle to get the Tiger Collar. This item allows you to start a battle with a tiger.
Tribal Remedy
Play the Battle of He Fei Castle with the Wei forces. Defeat Jiang Qin, Pan Zhong, Sun Shao, and destroy both rams to get the Tribal Remedy. This item recovers health for every 100 enemies defeated.
Way of Musou
Note: You must be in Musou mode. Play the Battle of Mt. Ding Jun with the Shu forces. Defeat Xuahou Yuan before Cao Cao arrives. This item allows you to use True Musou regardless of your health status.
Wind Scroll
Play the Battle of He Fei Castle with the Wu forces. Defeat Cao Ren in less than five minutes from the start of the battle to get the Wind Scroll. This item increases your attack range.
Unique combos
Each character has his or her own unique combos. However, they use the same buttons to perform their unique combos or moves. For example, Xu Huang's combos are as follows. Press Square until he performs his first attack, then immediately press Triangle. Press Square until his second attack, then press Triangle. Repeat the same process for his third, fourth, then fifth attack. Do not forget to press Triangle after every attack to successfully complete the combo.
Recognizing signature weapons
In order to recognize a character's signature weapon, pay attention to the blue symbol that appears next to the unlocked weapon.
Delayed weapon and valuable item messages
Sometimes the special message will not appear immediately after you complete everything required to obtain the item or message. If you must complete something before a special attack, you will probably have to wait until the attack occurs for the message to pop up. Before giving up on an item or weapon, double check the battle log to see if you missed the message.
