When ever you get all of the weapons in the entire game and you have to fight the queen in tokyo. Press the square button for white and triangle for black. p.s. This stuff is pretty hard and is a real awakening for your thumb. So be ready to get stuck on this as long as you have been stuck on trying to get all of the weapons in the game. So far it's taking me longer than I thought.
